In one story, a 20-year old man purchased white powder at a party and was told it was crushed painkillers when in reality it was pure heroin. “We see heroin traffickers really trying to hook prospective new customers into heroin addiction simply by not telling them what it is they’re selling,” says Jack Riley, DEA Special Agent in Charge.
