Sober Living Home to Open in Washington Township, NJ

Father John Stabeno has seen first-hand the devastating impact addiction has on families and their dire need for help. Father Stabeno is working to create Pope Francis House of Hope in Washington Township, NJ, a Sober living home that would allow men who are dedicated to fighting addiction a chance to live together and help one another.

His hope for this home is to provide a supportive environment for men battling drug and alcohol addiction. The men would be required to work, pay rent, be drug tested and follow a 12-step program. This home is for people who desire a better life. In addition, one of his main goals is to focus on veterans as he sees this as a underserved population who often times struggle with addiction.

Addiction can happen to anyone, and the important thing to do is get into treatment for it. Recovery needs to be the number one priority in your life.
