A. Thomas McLellan, CEO and co-founder of the Treatment Research Institute explains that prescription drug abuse is now recognized as national epidemic and that is the prep school for heroin abuse. He recently spoke to a crowd at the Horsham Township Community Center in Pennsylvania informing them of the dangers associated with drug addiction.

McLellan lost his youngest son to a drug overdose and informed members of the Horsham community about the severity of addiction. He urged parents to take action and discuss these issues with their children to help prevent an overdose in the future.
