An inmate on work release in Wisconsin, was found in a drug overdosed state in a parking lot of a drug treatment facility.  The inmates was out of jail on a court-ordered release, but was scheduled to return to the facility on December 31st.  Local police located the man in the drug treatment facility parking lot.
