Camden County Officers Saved Two Using Narcan

Police Officers in Camden County, NJ have been carrying Narcan, an antidote used to reverse a heroin overdose saved two men in Camden over the weekend. The officers discovered an unconscious man on Friday afternoon as they were patrolling a well known heroin trafficking area in the city. After determining this man was in the throes of an overdose, another officer administered two doses of the antidote. This marks the ninth use of Narcan by Camden County officers since they started caring it.
