Summary:
Self-love is anything we are able to do to take care of our wellbeing; physically, emotionally and mentally. Self-love is a powerful tool to help us make healthy choices, practice positive coping skills, lower stress and much more. In this 2 hour seminar we will explore self-love through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, exploring a holistic approach to creating and maintaining self-love.
