Are Transitional Living Centers a part of Rehab?

Transitional Living Centers

Transitional living is very important to the recovery process and to the overall health of the patient. Many patients who are at risk for relapse and those who have a history of multiple treatments need the Transitional Living program. That is why it is very important to pick the right transitional living facility. Pick the wrong one, and you might find yourself back to where you started. Picking the right Transitional Living facility can be the difference between recovery and relapse. With Seabrook you have a proven track record with a program that includes customized and accredited Transitional Living to make sure you have everything you need to succeed in your recovery process.
