“Growing Pains” Star Jeremy Miller Battles Addiction

Jeremy Miller who played the beloved blonde hair boy, Ben Seaver on the hit series, “Growing Pains” speaks out about his battle with alcohol addiction. After the successful family series stopped filming, Miller faced a dark period in his life where he would often find himself rushing to the liquor store to get malt liquor to help him get through the day. Through his struggle he managed to marry his wife Joanie and have three sons but did nothing about his battle with alcohol addiction. Finally, after a few dark nights where Miller claims it was close to the end, he decided to seek treatment. He is now sober and is an advocate for the Start Fresh Recovery Clinic in California.
